At The Kinetic Co., Inc., we manufacture high-quality industrial knives and hardened wear products. We’re a hands-on manufacturing team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Laser Operator A to join our production team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Load sheet and plate material and run jobs accurately and efficiently
- Manually cycle machines to verify setup, speeds, and feeds
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Keep your machine and work area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of laser cutting or related machine shop experience
- Ability to read blueprints, routings, and specifications
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
