How long does it take to have mandrels rebuilt?
Typically, we have a 2-3 week turn around on mandrel rebuilds, once the mandrels are received at Kinetic.

Do you sell just the parts for mandrel repairs?
Yes! Almost every part can be purchase individually. Most parts can be shipped the same day.

I have a bent mandrel. Will it be straightened before it is repaired?
Yes! We straighten all mandrels before and after the repairs are complete. Kinetic also offers a straighten-only service.

I spun a bearing and now the mandrel is worn down on the outside of the mandrel. Can you fix this?
Yes! We can build up the outside of the mandrel and return the OD to the factory size.

How do I know if my mandrel can be repaired?
We will evaluate the mandrel once it arrives. If we find a mandrel cannot be repaired, we will let you know before any work is started. If it can be repaired, we can provide a quote before work is started.
