The 168" large Mattison grinder that Kinetic purchased in November of 2004 is nearing completion of the complex rebuilding process.

Cash Masters visited Rockford, Illinois to view the progress at Dial Industries. Rebuilding a used machine tool is like remodeling an old house - you always run into something you didn't anticipate! But Cash's specifications are "better than new" and Dial Machine knows he is a demanding customer.

Jesse DeLeon, a precision machine tool scraper with Dial Industries, uses his 25 plus years of way scraping experience to scrape the cross slide ways on Kinetic's grinder. Jesse learned his skills at the old Mattison Machine Works.
