MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Quality Policy

The Quality Policy is the authorised endorsement of our Quality Management System which is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and is designed to meet our business management objectives and requirements of both our customers and suppliers.

The management shall monitor the Company’s operating performance and continually strive for improvements in close liaison and acknowledging employees contributions and achievements.

Our quality management systems objectives are:-

• To maintain an effective quality system in accordance with ISO.9001:2000
• To measure the company’s process performance
• To analyze performance data and seek improvements
• To measure customer satisfaction, analyze and seek continual improvements
• To identify resource and infrastructure requirements and plan for future developments
• To actively seek complimentary products/services/business to enhance its scope of supply to customers and potential customers as an ongoing policy to increase turnover and therefore profits

The Quality Policy and associated company operating procedures and processes shall be included in all inductions to the Company, ongoing training programs and training reviews with the objective of increasing skill/experience in our employees.

Quality and continuous improvement is the responsibility of all Company employees and is the very basis on which our business principles are based.
