High-powered precision abrasive machining

Our facility in Greendale Wisconsin is by far one of the cleanest grinding shops you will ever see. Our plant and equipment is maintained for cleanliness and mechanical functions to the strictest requirements possible. The shop is maintained at a constant temperature with central air conditioning and heating. All of our grinding machines are placed on an isolated, vibration free foundation. Our central coolant filtration system keeps the coolant free of particles down to 8 microns in size and it contains a chilling unit that maintains the coolant temperature in line with the shop temperature.

With being a world leader in industrial knifes we specialize in the grinding of tool steel and high-speed steel. We get maximum performance out of our grinding machines by using the latest in sol-gel ceramic abrasive technology.

All of these factors add up to us being able to do your work efficiently while giving you superior quality.
