Saving time and improving deliveries. That is the name of the game at Kinetic. By installing a new Amada Super Band Saw Machine Kinetic is doing just that. This machine is decked out with all the bells and whistles. A Windows Based CNC controller that allows us to automatically adjust the feed and speed based on the band saw installed in the machine and the material grade that we are sawing. It has a special motor and transmission giving us high efficiency; the dual column guidance allows us to reduce the sawed thickness.

It can cut from 1.18” [30mm] to 21” [533mm] diameter or a 21” [533mm] x 21” [533mm] square. We can load the feed table with material up to 17,500 pounds [6,500kilos].
