The Kinetic Co., Inc., has been manufacturing bottom slitter bands and anvils for nearly 40 years. Our experience has shown that D-2 high-carbon, high-chrome steel continues to be the material of choice for Bottom Slitter Bands. We also offer tungsten carbide Bottom Slitter Bands, the ultimate knife material for providing long service life and very high wear resistance. Our micrograin tungsten carbide material technology provides additional toughness to our products.

We continually improve our products to provide our customers with the best blades in the industry. Kinetic has developed a Split Bottom Slitter design to replace Bottom Slitter Bands directly mounted to a shaft. The new design allows for easy removal and replacement of bands without having to disassemble the shaft and remove other Bottom Slitter Bands from it. This split design is another way Kinetic saves customers time and money while improving their productivity.
